Copyright agreement

Characterizations:

The Artist is Paulo V. Graner C., who will produce the Work.

The Buyer is any person or enterprise responsible for the payment of the services provided by the Artist. The Buyer shall receive the Work along with the Rights.

The Work is any set of computer files and/or objects and their respective intelectual property send from the Artist to the Buyer.

The Rights are the set of rules specifing the way the Work can be used by the Buyer. The Rights are available in two different options. The Buyer will choose one of the two Rights options. The Artist reserves the right to void the Limited Rights option to any Buyer under the Artist's discretion.
Buyers which will not have access to the Limited Rights option are, but not limited to: video game industry companies that fall under the informal terminology of "triple-A".

Limited Rights

The intellectual property and the copyrights are mutually owned by the Artist and the Buyer.
The selling of any product containing the Work by the Buyer entitles the Artist to fifty-percent of the profits if the product being sold meets any of the following criteria:

      The product has the Work as it's main focus or the product has the Work as the majority part of the content present. Such cases are, but no limited to: printed-images, cloathing with the Work printed on it.

If the Buyer fails to meet the criteria rules or if the Buyer fails to pay the fifty-percent profit share to the Artist, the Artist is entitled to a payment of triple the agreed value of the Work plus the life-time profits of the product counting from the publication date of the product to the date of payment of this fine.

The Artist commits, under the Buyer's discretion, to not publish the Work if the Work is part of any comercial project owned, created or held by the Buyer until the given project is published by the Buyer.

The use of the Work by any enterprise who sells, distributes, produces or in any shape or form deals with NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) in NFT (Non-Fungible Token) projects is strictly forbidden.

Full Rights

All the intellectual property and the copyrights are completely and solely owned by the Buyer with the exception stated on the "of NFTs" section below.

The use of the Work by any enterprise who sells, distributes, produces or in any shape or form deals with NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) in NFT (Non-Fungible Token) projects is strictly forbidden.

Additional information:

Decisions made due to ambiguity or lack of information will be ruled in favor of the Artist.

Any email exchange between the Artist and the Buyer pertaining the Work are valid addendums to this agreement.

If the Buyer fails to obey the "of NFTs" section of the Rights, the Artist is entitled to a payment of triple the agreed value of the Work plus the life-time profits of the product.
